  Riello Extends Range Riello continues to demonstrate its investment in, and commitment to, product development with the extension of its RS-RL-RLS range of monobloc low NOX burners. Outputs have been increased to 12MW with the introduction of the models 1000 and 1200. These build on features of the R Series with advances in power output control and ventilation. Suitable for gas, light oil or dual fuel application, advanced combustion technology ensures low NOX levels conforming to Class 3 EN 676. The new burners are available in various control configurations. These include modulating operation using an electronic cam for closer and more repeatable control of the air fuel ratio, as well as options for variable speed drive of the combustion air fan motor to reduce energy consumption and noise levels. Integration of O2 trim control ensures high combustion efficiency is maintained across the modulation range.

  	RS/M SERIES The RS/M burners series covers a firing range from 52 to 2290 kW, and it has been designed for use in hot water boilers or superheaters, hot air or steam generators, diathermic oil boilers. Operation can be “two stage progressive” or, alternatively, “modulating” with the installation of a PID logic regulator and respective probes. RS/M burners series guarantees high efficiency levels in all the various applications, thus reducing fuel consumption and running costs. Optimisation of sound emissions is guaranteed by the use of fans with forward inclined blades and sound deadening material incorporated in the air suction circuit.
